Deschutes county has an offroad club that is pretty big.

There is also the Klamath Four Runners down in K. Falls.

Hope this helps.

I live in Bend and go wheeling from time to time. Need to build another rear d-shaft then I'll be ready to go. The last three times I have been to swartz canyon I break a rear d-shaft. I'm about to go square tube, but hate them. Schedule 40 this time around and hope for the best.

You could go to christmas valley dunes near fossil lake road. The dunes have many razerbacks and can be very windy between 3 and 6 pm. You can wheel there 24/7 and consume libations if so needed to stay hydrated, and camping Tongue there its free but they have no bucks for the dirty deededs. Tongue
